The Polar Vantage M2 Watches each use Precision Prime sensor fusion technology to track heart rate.
The always-on colour display of each watch is protected by a 1.2” hard-coated PMMA laminated lens.
Each model features an integrated GPS system that uses GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS.
The Nightly Recharge feature is a measurement of recovery that can assess how well each individual recovers from a day of activity.
All of the watches are equipped with Training Load Pro which aids the wearer in seeing how much they have been training and how their training has impacted different parts of the body.
The FitSpark daily training guide is capable of generating ready-made daily workouts that match training history and recovery.
Perfect for running, the Vantage M2 features personal and adaptive training plans that are tailored to the wearer and their goals. Using the Running Index, the wearer can get an estimate of their running VO2max to see how their running performance is developing.
These watches are able to divide energy usage into carbs, proteins and fats to assess how different energy sources are used during a training session. This aids with the FuelWise function that advises the wearer on how to refuel and maintain adequate energy levels for intense workout sessions.
