Gift Card Term & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of WatchPilot E-Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a WatchPilot E-Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.

2. Purchase and Redemption

• WatchPilot E-Gift Cards are available in denominations of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500, £750 £1,000 and £2,500.
• E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the official WatchPilot website (www.watchpilot.com).
• E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

3. Validity Period

• E-Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• Promotional or bonus gift cards may have a shorter validity period, which will be stated at the time of issue.

4. Usage Rules

• E-Gift Cards can be used across all product categories, including watches, sunglasses, and jewellery.
• If the order total exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
• If the order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the unused balance will remain on the card for future use until expiry.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Products purchased using an E-Gift Card are subject to WatchPilot’s standard returns policy.
• If an order paid for with an E-Gift Card is refunded, the refund will be issued back to the E-Gift Card balance.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

WatchPilot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of E-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards should be treated like cash. For assistance with lost or stolen cards, please contact support@watchpilot.com.

7. Fraud and Misuse

• WatchPilot reserves the right to cancel any E-Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Orders flagged as medium or high risk by Shopify or payment providers may require additional verification.
• WatchPilot reserves the right to refuse service if fraud or misuse is detected.

8. Amendments

WatchPilot reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the WatchPilot website and will apply to all E-Gift Cards purchased thereafter.
