Finance options

We are an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) and are pleased to offer a number of cost effective finance options that will help to make owning your dream watch more affordable.
Depending on the value of the product, we offer finance options from 3 to 60 months.
On smaller purchases you can choose Klarna or Paypal to either spread the cost over three monthly payments, or Pay in 30 days.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from WatchPilot, and you can return any item, free in UK within 60 days, for an exchange or refund.

Official Manufacturers Guarantee

For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

WatchPilot Guarantee

For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.

About Mondaine

In 1944, Hans Hilfiker, a Swiss Engineer and Designer and employee of the Federal Swiss Railways, created a clock which has become known as the “Official Swiss Railways Clock”. The Official Swiss Railway clock is an icon of modern time-telling. In the years since its release, it has achieved a particularly beloved place in global design recognition. Schweizerische Bundesbahnen (SBB) engineer Hans Hilfiker imagined the original—which would come to represent the precision of the transport system. Since 1986, the Swiss watch brand Mondaine has been the official licensee. With an original clock blueprint, Mondaine has minimized the design and applied it to wristwatches with authenticity.
