For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.

The new 41mm Steel Navigator w/ Date (SSNAV-D) has received many engineering improvements when compared to the design of its predecessor. One of the biggest updates is in the form of the new quartz movement: the 3 Jewel ETA F06.412 with HeavyDrive-PreciDrive. Now the most precise watch in the Marathon electric watch lineup, the Steel Navigator w/ Date features an accuracy of ± 10s/year, operating at 32’768 Hz. This is made possible by the combination of ETA’s venerable quartz technology, as well as customizations specifically for Marathon. With a deviation of -/+ 10 seconds per year, ETA’s Precidrive technology makes it one of the most accurate quartz movements on the market, 10 times more precise than standard movements.

Housed within this particular movement is ETA’s HeavyDrive technology, offering shock detection and management by way of an integrated circuit. When a shock is detected, the motor applies a counter force to prevent the hand from skipping and affecting the accuracy of the movement.
