Maurice Lacroix presented Aikon, the collection of quartz movement watches with date and chronograph models, in 2016.

Maurice Lacroix Aikon watches are reminiscent of the Calypso line of watches. Usually, Maurice Lacroix Aikon watches are equipped with sapphire glass from 40 to 44 mm in diameter.

In terms of design, the stand-out features are the six polished arms that are placed around the bezel. The bracelet simulates an integrated bracelet that normally has five links.

Maurice Lacroix Aikon automatic watches, the improved version, were released to the public in 2018.
